We ran a credit line increase test with 10,000 customers in each group, and everyone in the test group got a $2,000 line increase. After two months, the test group's monthly spend went from $1,000 to $1,080, which is significant. The 30+ day delinquency rate is 1.7% vs. 1.5%, which is not significant. The PM says risk didn't change and wants to roll it out to everyone. What's your take?
