One of our fraud rules blocks 10,000 transactions a month, but only 5% of them are actually fraud, with an average fraud loss of $600 each. The good transactions it wrongly blocks average $100, and about 2% of those falsely declined customers stop using our card. Someone wants to turn the rule off. What do you think?
